DESCRIPTION:Each year\, the ASCHA Convention and Trade Show brings together more than 300 delegates from across the province and beyond for three days of connection\, collaboration\, and inspiration. Whether you’re a senior leader\, board member\, middle management\, or industry partner\, participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas\, explore innovative solutions\, and strengthen connections that enhance housing and support services for Albertans. \nThe 2026 Home for Housing Convention & Trade Show will feature a dynamic lineup of 20 breakout sessions\, offering delegates the opportunity to customize their learning experience to their particular interests\, professional development goals\, housing portfolios and roles within their organization. \nDesigned with direct input from ASCHA members\, these sessions address priority topics in leadership\, governance\, operations\, and middle management\, providing practical tools\, fresh perspectives\, and sector-specific insights to help organizations thrive. \n  \nCentre’s attendance : \nLisa Ker\, executive director\, will participate on the panel: \n  \n⇒ Meeting Tomorrow’s Housing Needs \nMonday\, April 13 from 1:30-2:30 pm (MST) \nPanelists:  Steve Pomeroy\, Nancy Simmonds and Ali Shivji\, Optima Living\, Lisa Ker. \n  \nThe Centre will also be hosting a workshop with Mohamed Abdallah\, co-founder of Connections for Seniors : \n⇒ Transforming organizational culture\, rethinking finance: Lessons from Connections for Seniors  \nTues.\, Apr. 14: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (MST)
