Balanced supply of housing CLT research series

The Canadian Network of Community Land Trusts’ research series features studies on community land trusts in Canada. The research papers were developed in collaboration with the Balanced Supply of Housing research node. The research focus includes cross-jurisdictional analysis of legal definitions, profiles of emerging BIPOC-led trusts, the role of Land Back, decolonization, and land rematriation. Topics include community land trusts (CLT), housing equity and decolonization.
