BC Human Rights Clinic provides a number of client services. It provides information and advice about human rights issues. It offers assistance to people who are pursuing a complaint under the BC Human Rights Code. It will also represent people (“complainants”) before the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
The clinic also provides free legal assistance for individuals with provincial human rights complaints, offering services such as a telephone inquiry line, short service clinic, summary advice, and legal representation, public legal education through workshops and materials
