This Webpage provides information on CoCo’s anti-oppressive practice and workspace which are articulated on four axes. First, combating systemic and structural discrimination on the individual, interpersonal, organizational and institutional levels. Second, questioning and challenging systems of power and privilege. Third, understanding and redressing historical and present inequalities. Then, acknowledging and appreciating the people and the work that have come before us. It also includes trainings, advice on organizational transformations, and list resources.
