The African Canadian Affordable Housing Village Model (ACAH VM) aims to reduce the impact of systemic inequities faced by continental African Canadians by providing affordable housing and other community supports. The initiative focuses on multigenerational homes, community kitchens, and skill development to reduce systemic inequities. It also emphasizes culturally appropriate health care and environmentally conscious design.
