Fundamental Inc.: Community efficiency financing program design

Fundamental Inc., in collaboration with econext and the City of St. John’s, developed a framework for a residential energy efficiency financing program in Newfoundland & Labrador, supported by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. The project analyzed Canadian and American energy efficiency financing models, addressed legislative challenges, and focused on protecting vulnerable households.
