New Dawn Enterprises: Data portal

New Dawn Community Engagement is creating an online community data portal to highlight key issues on Cape Breton Island, such as population decline, climate change, and housing. The platform will showcase local initiatives tackling these challenges and foster public engagement in meaningful discussions. The project is supported by Laura Syms from Cape Breton University and Jamie Whitters from CBRM’s Planning Department.
