Roadmap for redevelopment plans to confront systemic racism

CP Planning has developed a roadmap for redevelopment plans to address systemic racism, displacement, and Ontario’s lack of affordable housing. The roadmap proposes the establishment of Inclusive Neighbourhood Planning Hubs, which will facilitate collaboration between racialized communities facing displacement and those with the resources and knowledge to develop affordable housing.
