This webinar discusses two projects in Saskatchewan and Ontario, aiming to provide safe and affordable housing. Radiance CoHousing discusses their new family-oriented condo development in Saskatoon, the project’s design, financing, sustainability, and neighbourhood impacts, as well as the management and community principles cohousing fosters. The Multifaith Housing Initiative presents its projects, including “The Haven” (98 unit mix of townhomes and low rise apartment buildings), “Veterans House” (utilizing a Housing First model), and “Somerset House” (a mixed-tenure condo development).
