Building better relationships: A reconciliation toolkit

This toolkit aims to promote reconciliation with Indigenous peoples through learning and relationship-building for co-ops. It features printable pages suitable for posting in co-ops, a glossary, a draft charter (for groups wanting to work together on reconciliation) and a list of books, films, videos, readings, and other links.

It was developed as part of CHF Canada’s mandate from its member housing co-ops across Canada to help support housing co-ops to engage in reconciliation.

Topics include: an explanation of what reconciliation is and why it is important, outlines how the TRC guides reconciliation (Principles of Reconciliation and Calls to Action), and provides insights on what housing co-ops can do to engage in meaningful ways.
