The ”Programme de PRêts Rotatifs IMMobiliers de Montréal” – Community Housing Transformation Centre – Centre de transformation du logement communautaire

The ”Programme de PRêts Rotatifs IMMobiliers de Montréal”

The Programme de PRêts Rotatifs IMMobiliers de Montréal (PRRIMM-Montréal) offers loans to cover pre-development costs for community housing construction projects in Montreal.

PRRIMM-Montréal is the result of a partnership in which each party plays a complementary role: the City of Montreal guarantees the loans and makes its land available, the Fonds Plancher provides the loan to finance pre-development activities, and the Centre administers the program.
