This toolkit was developed by the University of British Columbia’s School of Community and Regional Planning (SCARP) for BC Housing. It offers practical planning tools tailored to the needs of non-profit housing organizations in British Columbia. Designed with flexibility in mind, the kit features modular resources aligned with key organizational goals, allowing for easy adaptation to future growth and evolving priorities.
