Guide to universal accessibility

This guide helps to understand and plan for universal design. It aims to promote innovative solutions in the field of housing and to overcome the difficulties of adapting housing to make it more inclusive. The guide is divided into two parts: a theoretical part that outlines the principles, legal framework and terminology, and a more practical part that presents available resources, such as funding programs, advocacy organizations, and consultants specialized in UA, references and practice sheets.

The objectives of the guide are to: raise awareness of the reality of universal accessibility among boards of directors and co-op members, inform boards of directors about existing resources in the field of universal accessibility, and provide basic tools to help boards of directors implement universal accessibility measures.
