Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) hosts this NHS Solutions Lab project profile presenting the goals of the Solutions Lab led by Écobâtiment, which aims to identify characteristics of sustainable, resilient housing for newcomers and their building owners in Québec. The Lab seeks to address issues such as early building deterioration, overcrowding, and low income, and to create a program framework improving housing quality and affordability for new immigrants.
