Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) hosts this NHS project profile presenting the goals of the Solutions Lab “Balanced Housing Lab,” led by the Corporation of the City of North Vancouver, which seeks to understand the housing needs of middle-income earners and generate innovative workforce housing solutions on Vancouver’s North Shore, British Columbia. The Lab brings together all levels of government, including First Nations, developers, and residents with lived experience through a multi-phase partnership approach.
