NHS Solutions Lab – Housing rights and emergency access for women and gender-diverse people | CMHC

The CMHC hosts this NHS project profile presenting the goals of the Solutions Lab “Developing National Rights-Based Shelter Standards,” led by the Women’s National Housing & Homelessness Network, which aims to develop a rights-based approach to emergency shelter service delivery for women and gender-diverse people experiencing homelessness across Canada. The Lab addresses discriminatory policies and practices in the homelessness and violence-against-women sectors and co-creates national standards with diverse stakeholders.
