Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) hosts this NHS project profile presenting the goals of the Solutions Lab “Seniors and Inter-generational Purpose-Driven Housing,” led by The Community Training and Development Centre for Innovation (CTDC), which explores housing designs and purpose-driven programming to address affordability for seniors and newcomers in the Peterborough and Northumberland region of Ontario. The Lab aims to develop a housing model promoting social inclusion and a Hub concept for community engagement and skill-sharing.
