The Igniting Community Investment in Non-Market Housing Lab is a collaboration between several community housing organizations (CTLabs, Ottawa Community Land Trust, David Pier, Encompass, Tapestry community capital). It is a solutions lab project focused on enhancing investment in non-market housing. It aims to develop replicable financing models, foster trust among stakeholders, and expand affordable housing under community ownership. The project involves workshops, financial model testing, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
