Queer-informed housing for 2SLGBTQ+ youth and young adults

The 2023 Canadian Housing and Renewal Association National Congress featured a series of sessions addressing some of the most pressing challenges in Canada’s housing and homelessness sector. Among the speakers, Dr. Alex Abramovich, Research Scientist at the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research (CAMH); Andrew Hartman, Founder of Psystem and Project Leader at the University of Saskatchewan; and Jennifer White, General Manager of Youth Outreach and Intervention at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, explored the unique housing needs of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.
