This multi-day event will bring together housing providers, developers, builders, planners, governments, funders, and sector leaders from across the Prairies and beyond to explore what’s working, what’s emerging, and what it will take to meaningfully advance housing affordability.
Programming will focus on:
- Innovative and scalable affordable housing delivery, including cost-effective, climate-resilient, and accessible design
- Housing as health, exploring the role of housing in preventing homelessness, improving health outcomes, and reducing pressure on emergency and health systems
- Organizational capacity, workforce development, and long-term operational sustainability across the housing sectors
- Funding, financing, and partnership models that support cross-sector collaboration, including Indigenous-led and community-based delivery
- Policy, planning, and system alignment to enable faster approvals, inclusive design, and better outcomes
- Indigenous leadership and perspectives in housing, including culturally responsive design, land-based approaches, and pathways to reconciliation
