The Infrastructure Institute will launch its Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) video training series, made possible with the Centre’s contribution.
The series provides organizations with the foundational knowledge needed to approach a new SPRE project. As essential social infrastructure, including affordable housing and community spaces, becomes increasingly difficult to develop across Canada, building capacity within the sector is critical to making more social purpose real estate projects possible.
