This NHS project profile created by the CMHC presents the goals of the Solutions Lab “Directing Institutional Funding to Affordable Housing,” led by Archangel Ventures and the Brookfield Centre for Real Estate and Infrastructure, which creates a matchmaking platform connecting ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance) investors with affordable housing developers, starting in the Greater Toronto Area. The Lab showcases incentives, grants, and rebates to attract private equity investment for affordable housing projects scalable across Canada.
