This NHS project profile presents the goals of the Solutions Lab “Creating Home Together,” led by Sistering (Toronto), which uses a participatory planning process across 6 sites in Canada to design housing and service models for marginalized women, transgender, non-binary, and two-spirited people experiencing homelessness. The Lab co-creates adaptable, low-barrier housing solutions that integrate drop-in, transitional, and permanent housing.
