    RentSmart Community Educator Certification Training Course

    Duration (virtual): 3 days

    Training for RentSmart Community Educator (RSE) is $750  (one-time fee)

    Participants will learn about the RentSmart model, principles of and best practices related to adult education, facilitation principles, and strategies for promoting successful tenancies. The training includes hands-on engagement with the curriculum, practice in teaching and facilitation, and guidance on integrating RentSmart into your organization and community.

    Annual dashboard subscription

    The dashboard subscription is 699$ (annually)

    With an active RentSmart Subscription, Community Educators gain access to a dedicated dashboard.

    Here, educators can manage their courses, track student records, access curriculum, marketing materials, teaching resources, and more.

    Tenant and landlord certification course modules

    Course length: This course can typically be delivered between 9 to 12 hours, depending on group needs and the chosen delivery method (virtual or in-person).

    Completion benefits: Participants who completes the program receive a certificate with a unique ID number that landlords can verify on our website.
